The event itself was really good, but getting in was frustrating. The queues were way too long, and we were close to leaving at one point. To be fair, the staff did their best and handled the crowd okay, but the entry process definitely needs to be better...

The stages looked really cool and the lights were good, but the sound was all over the place. I kept waiting for it to even out, and it felt like I wasted energy trying to enjoy parts that should’ve sounded way better.

My order did show up eventually, so I can’t say it was a total mess, but the whole process was kind of annoying. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it over and over and basically do extra work just to figure out where my package was. Delivery also took longer than I expected. Not awful, but definitely just average.

I had to wait a few days before support finally replied, which was frustrating. My sister was helping me figure it out in the meantime, but when they did respond, the answer wasn’t very helpful. I expected a bit more, honestly.

I ordered a hoodie and a shirt because I’ve followed the brand for a while and thought it’d be nice to finally grab some merch. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, but the quality was disappointing. The print started cracking after just one wash, and the hoodie fabric feels thinner than I’d expect for the price. I really wanted to like it, but it felt kind of cheap once I had it in hand...

I used Masters of Hardcore to figure out the event times and which stages were doing what. it was straightforward. I’m not saying it was fancy or anything, but the info was there and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of random pages to find the schedule.
The only thing I’d say is that on mobile, some of the set times could stand out a bit more. Like, you can still find them, but it takes a second. Other than that, it did the job and helped me plan my night without much hassle

I was just trying to pay for my order and expected it to be a quick checkout, but the payment page kept failing. My bank app showed the payment was approved, while the site still said it wasn’t paid, so I had no idea what was actually going on. I ended up having to try again without any clear explanation. Annoying experience, and definitely not what I expected from a simple online order.

My order showed up in a super thin box with hardly any padding inside. The corners were crushed, and the merch ended up bent too :( For the price I paid, I really expected way better packaging. Disappointed, honestly

I ordered from Masters of Hardcore because I had a gut feeling it was the safest place to get the actual merch instead of some random knockoff. it feels legit. The shirts have that dark Masters of Hardcore look I was hoping for, and the whole vibe feels true to the brand. The site was simple enough to use, no real issues there. My only small complaint is that the shipping updates could’ve been clearer, but overall I’m happy with what I got

I had to cancel my order because my plans changed, and I thought it was going to be a whole hassle. But support got back to me really quickly, and the refund came through with NO drama at all. Super happy with how they handled everything

The lineup was fine overall, but I was really hoping to see more old-school names in there. At this point I’m a little tired of signing up for things and sorting through all the options, so it was kind of disappointing not to find more of the favorites I was looking for

I ordered a hoodie and the size ended up being just right. It fit how I expected, which to me means the sizing is accurate, even though I only tried one size. No weird surprises or anything, so I’m happy with it.

I do like the events, and the site itself looks good, but the communication left me confused. I had a hard time finding clear info about tickets and entry rules, and when I emailed, the reply didn’t really answer my question directly.
I ended up checking multiple pages and still wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do. It wasn’t the worst experience, but for a big event site, I expected clearer updates and a lot less guessing. I’d appreciate an apology or at least some acknowledgement that the info could’ve been handled better.

I bought my tickets from Masters of Hardcore and they did come through on time. The email arrived quickly and I had no trouble opening the tickets on my phone. I was a bit stressed because I needed them before the weekend, and I did feel kind of ignored when I didn’t get much reassurance, but in the end everything was fine. I’d probably use them again.

The atmosphere was decent and I can see why people like it, but it felt way too crowded when I went. Am I missing something, or is it usually that packed? It wasn’t bad, just a little hard to fully enjoy the place

I didn’t really have a good experience with mastersofhardcore.com. The site felt a bit all over the place to me, and I kept clicking around trying to find simple info that I thought would be obvious. Maybe I was tired or just not in the right headspace, but it started feeling way more frustrating than it needed to.
Customer support didn’t help much either. The replies took a while, and after a point I just felt like I was waiting around and sort of being ignored, which is never a great feeling. I’m sure some people have had a smoother experience, because that’s usually how these things go, but for me personally, I wouldn’t use it again.

Every time I go to the shop, the size or item I actually want is sold out. Every time. I signed up for restock emails too, but nothing helpful ever comes through. Kinda feels like half the stuff is just there to look nice on the site, not to actually buy. So frustrating when all you want is a shirt or hoodie and you can’t even get one...

I ended up waiting almost three weeks for this to arrive, by the time it showed up I was already annoyed. The long wait kind of soured the whole experience for me.
